Abstract

The present study investigated the effect of Autism on the children behavior and health. ASD is a disease associated with repetitive sensory-motor behaviors associated with strong genetic component and the person suffers difficulty in social communication. However, most individuals will not work full-time or live independently. Genetics and neuroscience have identified the risks involved. The research work is still needed to understand the effect of medication and therapies on the autistic persons. In addition, teachers are not equipped with skills and knowledge needed to work with children with ASD in school, the little research available indicates a lack of qualified teachers and equipment, which negatively affects children.
