Abstract

Background: Pentalogy of Cantrell is rare congenital disorder which present with ectopic cordis, diaphragmatic defect, pericardial defect, supra umbilical abdominal wall defects and congenital heart defect.
Case Report: We are reporting here a case of Pentalogy of Cantrell, Type 2 in a female child.
Conclusion: Pentalogy of Cantrell, its rarity and unknown etiology is the reason of reporting.
